Firstly, Serj was a great communicator. We spoke a few times before our shoot date, and he was so helpful and patient as we tried to prepare everything for our project. He's kind and easy to talk to and the day of the shoot, he was around to help with anything we had. The home was great! Very bright, lots of rooms to film the scenes we needed. The backyard was great, but we do wish the pool had been cleaned prior and also the ground blowed out in preparation, so that took some time from our schedule to prepare, but Serj was able to get that rolling as soon as we requested it. Overall, would definitely book again!

Really lovely home and even more lovelier homeowners, they absolutely make production easy and worked with us throughout the day. The house aesthetic is on point and what you see in pictures is really what you get when you go there, no surprises.

Everything about renting this beautiful home far exceeded expectations. The communication with the owner and staff was quick, responsive and at times even proactive (letting us know about flowers, parking, etc.). Throughout the process I felt as if they were as interested in the success of our project as I was. The house is gorgeous as shown in the pictures but it felt much more spacious, luxurious and beautiful in person. I'm looking for excuses to come back to this home for more work!
