The property is beautiful, with a beautiful backyard. I was tasked with finding a location in the middle of November weather that still looked like spring. To my surprise, and knowledge this location is the ONLY location in the entire city that looks this beautiful even during the winter months. The host was very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this location especially if you're looking for a beautiful intimate backyard garden. Five Stars!!!

We rented the Topanga Sanctuary for a day event over the weekend — wow! We were thoroughly impressed. What a beautiful spot for us to gather. Plenty of parking made it convenient for everyone. The amenities were exceptional — we had 10 yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and water, all contributing to a seamless experience. The sanctuary has a cabin-like feel with exposed wood — it was charming and had an energy that enhanced the overall atmosphere. This was perfect for our activities focused on restoration, harmony, meditation, and centering ourselves. The serene beauty, coupled with the sanctuary’s unique aesthetic, made for a truly special and memorable experience. We're grateful you gave us the opportunity to use your wonderful venue. Thank you! Peter and Dianna were both lovely and very welcoming. They were extremely helpful with any questions we had. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and they were more than happy for us to rearrange furniture etc as needed. They were also super accommodating and flexible when we needed to change the hours of our shoot, even though it was Dianne's birthday that day! And they were extremely responsive to any messages or queries. Also financially it is a very good deal for such an incredible house with so many shoot options. Could not recommend more.
