The property is beautiful, with a beautiful backyard. I was tasked with finding a location in the middle of November weather that still looked like spring. To my surprise, and knowledge this location is the ONLY location in the entire city that looks this beautiful even during the winter months. The host was very friendly, and helpful. Peter and Dianna were both lovely and very welcoming. They were extremely helpful with any questions we had. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and they were more than happy for us to rearrange furniture etc as needed. They were also super accommodating and flexible when we needed to change the hours of our shoot, even though it was Dianne's birthday that day! And they were extremely responsive to any messages or queries. Also financially it is a very good deal for such an incredible house with so many shoot options. Could not recommend more.
