  Melanie was a great host and the space is beautiful. Plenty of different rooms to shoot in whilst still having space for green rooms and kit storage! They were incredibly accommodating to the needs of the production as were any of the guests staying there, which was very appreciated! 100% would book again :)

The house is not just a location; it’s a character in its own right. Elegant, atmospheric, and impeccably preserved, every room offers a unique visual story, filled with natural light, period details, and a sense of history that simply cannot be replicated on a set. It is rare to find a space that feels both perfectly authentic and endlessly cinematic, yet this house delivers that in abundance. What truly elevates the experience, however, are the owners. They are, without exaggeration, some of the most gracious, helpful, and wonderful hosts we have ever worked with. From our earliest conversations through to wrap, they were supportive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making the shoot run smoothly. Their warmth and professionalism created a calm, collaborative atmosphere that made a huge difference to the entire production. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their thoughtful guidance and flexibility allowed creativity to flow freely. The shoot itself was an absolute joy. The house offered endless options for framing, movement, and mood, saving us time and inspiring new ideas on the spot.   This location was incredible. Mr. and Mrs. Michel were exceptionally gracious hosts, making everyone feel at home with their warm hospitality. The property provided ample storage space, which made it easy to organize our equipment. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious and unique, while the living room was so lovely that we hardly needed to do any decorating for the film. The expansive backyard was ideal for filming, adorned with vibrant flowers and greenery. It also served as a wonderful sanctuary for the cast and crew during breaks, offering a peaceful area for relaxation and shared meals. If you're looking for a location with a Victorian theme, this is the perfect spot. The house features a blend of Victorian architecture and modern renovations, providing the best of both worlds! I filmed a horror-comedy here, and the house perfectly captured the right vibes. Parking was convenient; however, it's best to inform the host in advance if you plan to film scenes in front of the house.

  The location is amazing and Mrs Melanie it`s so great. I will recommend this location to all of my friend, and i will shoot again here another video for sure.   Melanie was an excellent host and the house was perfect for shooting, plenty of space and different shot options. It was very easy to get on with our shoot without being under anyone's feet and we were even given a recommendation for dinner break! We'd love to come again.
