Unique, warehouse style apartment in Brighton.
A tucked away Neon Jungle with its original wooden floors, exposed brick, huge windows and extremely high vaulted ceilings. The living area boasts a quirky collection of neon lights, furniture and plants for shooting with and a green screen/ white roll down back drop too.
The mezzanine area is perfect for either shooting on or giving a unique elevated shooting angle of the entire living space.
A bright and clean kitchen can also be used for shooting, along with a large spare bedroom for use as a green room.
With no flats above or below, the space is perfectly quiet, and can be completely blacked out if required.
The property also has 1 bathroom and a small outside patio/ sun terrace for shooting on.
A 5 minute walk to the beach, 35 walk to the station and unloading available directly outside the front door. Paid for parking is possible directly outside the property and on adjacent roads. Shoot hire will include 1 free all day parking permit for a vehicle up to a Luton size
