This is such a great space and the host made things super simple. He answered every question I had as soon as I messaged him. ( I messaged a lot ) There is also great lighting that was free and extra for purchase at a very reasonable cost for good quality equipment.
I will definitely be booking the space again!
Incredible space. Be sure to drive around building to front for entrance. Waze sends you to wrong side of building. Lighting. Stands. Seamless cyc wall. Natural light. I got 4 different environments for clients portraits. Could not recommend this place enough.
Studio was great and the instructions were very easy to understand! The model and myself enjoyed our shoot at the location and will definitely be back!
Studio is exactly as pictured and has several different paper backdrops as well as the cyc wall + free aputure lights. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch and had great sound. Made for a nice atmosphere for the shoot. Great value and definitely would book again! A bit tricky to find at first but if you walk around the building you’ll eventually see the entrance near the loading docks
Brendan is a great guy and the rate he offers along with gear is very fair. The actual studio is lovely, but, the location can be tricky to manage.
Shot on a Saturday and while the location does have a freight elevator, the operator leaves at 1. He is open to staying but, charges usually $30 an hour, for us, we had to pay $40.
Parking staff also may attempt to stiff you. They claim all day parking is $20 per car despite the sign out front saying just $9.
Beware of being hustled. Aside from this, our shoot went well and both Brendan and 2 young gentlemen who worked with parking on site provided good assistance to our crew.
Would rent again.
