About the Space

Welcome to our brand new production studio located just outside the Fashion District downtown, with a dedicated parking lot, large freight elevator, with AC, minimal street noise, and incredible natural light. A huge south-facing factory style window creates beautiful natural light. Sheer curtains to diffuse the light. Black-out curtains to control for artificial studio lighting. CYCLORAMA WALL: Our 3-sided cyclorama wall is included. Located in the interior of the studio away from the window making it easy to control the lighting. THE CYC WALL WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE A FEW MARKS ON IT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR A FRESH COAT OF PAINT PRIOR TO BOOKING (see add-ons). IN-HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHER: Save time by hiring our in-house photographer for your production. Experience in fashion, beauty, ecommerce, editorial and more! See add-ons. WINDOW LIGHT: 8 am - 11 am: indirect soft light 11am - 2 pm: direct light on the floor and bright throughout the room 2 pm - Sunset: direct light on the white freight elevator or seamless backdrop paper.     I had an amazing experience at this photo studio! Brendan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. My personal recommendation for future customers: if you’re doing a photoshoot for 2-3 people, book for 3 hours or more. We rented for 2 hours (with 3 people), but it took about 30 minutes to set up, so we ended up extending our time. Thankfully, Brendan was quick to respond to any questions, and since no one else had booked the studio, we were able to extend easily. The pictures turned out amazing, and I’m so happy with the results! Thank you to the studio and Brendan for making everything so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

    First time I've shot in this space and it was perfect for what I needed. Host is excellent. Great communication. Will definitely book this space, and with this host, again.

    Great location and great studio, even better host. Brendan was fantastic with quick responses and resolving any question and providing equipment. The only downside is that elevator does not work on weekends unless you pre-order it. Also sadly rooftop is a separate rental, but it was amazing views.

    Loved the space! The pictures featured are exactly what you will receive. I was given very clear instructions on how to enter, exit, and move around in the space. Would def book again!

    The location was awesome! Big beautiful loft, Ton of nice lights, and furniture/set up. Brendan was very helpful and communicative.

    All of the instructions were very clear and the space was awesome and clean! Brendan was also very quick to respond which I appreciated as we extended our slot time.
