Ivory was an incredibly accommodating host. Upon booking I didn’t realize that I needed to confirm my use of backdrops prior to confirming my booking (just a heads up for anyone who books this place as the listing says you need to message them regarding backdrops before your shoot date but they mean you need to message them before confirming your booking as they can’t add this on after you book).
However, Ivory was helpful in getting this resolved and continued to be incredibly polite despite my frustrations. The space itself was spacious, clean and filled with light. Would definitely recommend using this place if you’re looking for a studio. Easy to access, full day parking for $12 and free spaces near by if you can find them, cool building filled with creatives.

Value is very good for the location. Really good lighting. Take care if you need the sofa as it is very damaged and you need a cover for it. The bathroom is very far from the room and very dirty. Also be careful with your rental hours, as it will take hours to remove equipment by the only social elevator available for the whole building (many productions trying to use at the same time) and you will be charged for overtime because of this.
