I would recommend this space for a studio style photo shoot (bring your lights as natural light is limited). I would also recommend this space for small gatherings, it's big enough that you can flex it to meet many intimate gathering needs. Friendly and responsive host. If you are filming something that requires a QUIET space- I do NOT recommend this venue due to tons of typical city neighborhood noise (firetrucks, trains, etc.) which also caused visible shaking when filming. I'm naming the practical limits of the space based on it's location as it relates to how you want to use it. Photography, it'll work fine. Small social gathering, all good. Quiet space to film, nope. Neighborhood noise is NO fault of the host, who again, was exceptionally responsive and courteous which is why they still get a solid 5 stars from me. I would recommend a professional grade cleaning that must include those windows and window sills, I used a window sill to pose for a photo and the seriously caked dirt, and mystery stuff that was on those windows and window sills was disturbing.
This space was amazing didn’t have to do too much decorating because it was already beautiful!! David was very professional and responded very quickly ! It was lit!! lol! Thank you David!!
Everything as advertised. Good communication. Friendly. I would recommend others book this space. David was eager to ensure a smooth process and positive experience from start to finish.
