As an Executive Producer, writer (screen, general copy, alternative creative forms) and Creative Director hailing from New Orleans (6th generation) I use communications strategy and the wisdom of the Lwa and my Ancestors to build power with my communities.
Previous films include platforms spanning in size from the iconic NASDAQ and Thomson-Reuters screens of New York City’s Times Square, to short form social impact pieces tailor made for social media and feature length films. My films are written, filmed, and edited in-house.
My analysis and aesthetic are shaped by equal parts gumbo, African Traditional & Diasporic Religions (ATR’s/ADR's), and jazz. In my spare time I eat books as appetizers, music as the main course, and wash it all down with Sweet Tea n' whisky.
