The space is awesome. It was exactly what we wanted. The AC was broken which was a little frustrating because it was SOOO hot out (we would of loved to know this ahead of time so we could prep) but Luke the property manager that was there was awesome and super helpful so that made up for it! And they added an hour last minute which was really awesome.
Very good. Only mention exterior filming if you are going to need ITC on the street because I was issued 2 police officers for an entire day and we were exterior of the loading dock and not interfering with any traffic. Police are at the rate of $100/hr. So my permit cost me more than my location fee for that day, The city of Alhambra is hard to deal with. At least 5 days.
AJ was great to work with- got back to me very promptly on every question. Very pleased with our experience and looking forward to the next time we can film here.
Great place! AJ and our Site Rep were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their studio gives ample space for production and crew to station and setup.
