Filming here was a great experience! The kitchen, bathrooms, warehouse, loading area, parking, and sets were all solid. AJ and the site reps were fantastic. Super welcoming, accommodating, and responsive. Shooting in Alhambra was a breeze, too. Getting permits from the city was easy, and we had no issues with neighbors or businesses. Also, AJ let us set up our catered lunch in Studio 1, which was perfect since it’s a big open space. We'll definitely be back.

Abandoned Vintage Apartment (1970s)
Really love the look and feel of this space: it was the perfect kind of dingy run-down location that we were looking for. Our production designer loved it, as it was such a good starting point to build upon.
There are tons of props, furniture and decor that really make this place usable with very little else. A great location for sure.
