Wonderful location and wonderful host! Angela was nice enough to let us bring dirt into her backyard for a scene to make a farm pigpen and use the interior also. They have two bathrooms and a ton of space for crafty, Makeup and Wardrobe. We highly recommend using this place for your next filming location!

The location is excellent. There are so many different shooting possibilities here. Indoors, outdoor, alley/tunnel, loft and much more. A creative person should have no issues finding the perfect shot. The ambience in some spots is otherworldy. We went with mostly natural lighting.
There is a magic hour where the sun just creates cinematic glory that if done right will get you some of the most unique and stunning visuals you'll ever capture. (I won't say when. Gotta keep some secrets for myself. I'm sure you'll figure it out though)
The location manager Angela was remarkable! She answered all our questions and then she was totally out of the way. I'd definitely recommend for anyone looking for that urban Industrial/Postmodern Dystopia feel. That being said there s even more to this location that is yet to be discovered.

Angela was fantastic! The location is great for any kind industrial warehouse set or grungy hideout. Our DP loved it and everything was manageable. Keep in mind that there's no air conditioning and we shot on a really hot day, but there is industrial size fans to keep working conditions bearable. I would shoot here again!
