Terrific location, needed at last minute and owner was able to work with us quickly. Ground floor access, some simple house rules in place to avoid disrupting other tenants but nothing that should come as a surprise. Great communication with owner and excellent pricing for the entire unit. First time booking a location through one of these sites and would do it again.
