Lots of outside areas Production Studio/Extra Green Room available ($100/day) The inside of the warehouse is 2800 sq ft on a 5816 sq. ft. lot and just 7 minutes from downtown LA. It is perfect for music/dance videos, photo shoots, base camp, set/prop builds & events. Driveway with sliding gate 2 roll up doors Ceiling: 14ft - 23ft with exposed metal truss Corrugated metal 2 bathrooms (one with shower) Hair & Make up room Swamp cooler and 2 large industrial fans Production office/ extra green room (available for rent) Outside areas, 1240sf back area that can be used for craft service or setting up additional offices spaces Garden area Tables and chairs available for rent

    I recently had the pleasure of filming at Angela's "Unique Industrial Warehouse Treasure near Downtown" and I cannot recommend it enough! The location truly lives up to its name, as it is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The warehouse has a unique, industrial aesthetic that adds character and texture to any project. The brick walls, concrete floors, and exposed piping create a cool, urban atmosphere that is perfect for modern or edgy productions. Plus, the space is incredibly versatile, with plenty of room to set up different sets and lighting configurations. Angela was an amazing host and made the entire filming process seamless. She was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly made us feel welcome and comfortable.

  • All tapes must be removed
  • Business hours are 8am to 10pm. Outside business hours add $50/h
  • Business hours are 8am to 10pm. Special arrangements can be made for after hours. Small crews only, no loud noise.
  • COI required for the amount of $1,000,000.00 (Minimum) Coverage (easily attained  at eventhelper.com).
