Chantal's space is incredible! I had a portrait pop up (many sessions in a day) and the weather was cloudy and I lucked out with a bit of afternoon sun and this corner apartment was bright all day, even until 5 when my last session ended. When booking a space I first look at the aesthetic-- white walls and wood floors are high on the list, followed by quality natural light, plants, neutral toned furniture and thoughtful decor. This had all of it! I would also add that the cleanliness of the space was outstanding and it was fairly easy to follow instructions to get into the apartment. The street side parking was close and none of my clients had difficulties. One of my sessions was with a toddler and they made it up the two flights of stairs no problem, so I feel it would be accessible to most clientele. This rental was definitely worth the price and as I'm editing the portraits I'm even more obsessed with the whole aesthetic and the outcome of the pop up. I highly recommend this space and I will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks Chantal!!

This is the second time I've booked this space for an event and it was great. I held a small launch for my new book here, and the room was perfect for the event. Everything went smoothly and Mitchell made the process very easy. The only minor inconvenience was because this was an after-hours event, I had to station someone downstairs to let guests in and send them up the elevator using the fob. Overall, a great space that I would certainly use again!
