This little cabin is located right behind the owner, Lou's, house. Lou was extremely responsive and our video shoot happened without a single problem. If you're looking for an old, abandoned look like a Last of Us vibe, this is the spot for you. Just some things to note. It's a very old structure with no power or lights, so you'll have to bring your own. Lou was willing to run one extension from the house but we opted to go battery powered for our shoot. Also, it's not a huge space, and though access is direct and easy, carrying a ton of big equipment down the stone steps might prove tricky. We traveled and set up light, and it was perfect. Lastly, there is no restroom on premises, so for a longer shoot you may need to make a run to the QFC nearby. Overall, great experience, great communication. Would book again!

It was a perfect location for the video shoot . The house is beautiful inside and out . The house was incredible he was there the hole time in a very discreet way . Super good service we were able to use the hole house it’s was magical . Thank you for the opportunity to use your location . We will definitely be back in a future date .
