I recently hosted my baby shower at this location and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The room was not only modern and spacious but also equipped with all the necessary furniture and items for hosting an event like ours. From ample counter space and a fridge to comfortable couches, tables, and chairs, everything we needed was readily available.
Despite hosting about 50 people, including decor tables and chairs for everyone, the space felt just right, neither too crowded nor too empty. The host was incredibly responsive, answering my messages promptly, and exuded a warm and accommodating demeanor throughout.
The directions and information provided were clear and concise, making it easy for guests to find the venue. However, the only downside was the tricky downtown parking situation, which posed a challenge for some of my guests. Additionally, lugging decor and catering up multiple flights of stairs proved to be a bit of a hassle.
Overall, though, I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to host an event. The positives far outweighed the minor inconveniences, and my baby shower was a memorable and enjoyable occasion thanks to the excellent facilities and service provided.

We held a shower at this venue. It was a good space for maybe 20 people. I would not like to try to fit 30. Apart from that all was well. Be aware parking is very limited. But Chris was flexible about time for decorating which was much appreciated. He was available for questions and assistance as needed. Overall a good experience.

Eric was a wonderful host and excellent at keeping me informed about the plan. We had a productive working session at this location. The location and the room is charming however, I would suggest that small tweaks be made to improve the overall amenities in the space. The bathrooms did not look very clean (might be the age of the building) however, the floors, doors etc. need a good scrub.
