This event space was great for the birthday event I hosted. It was very spacious with more than enough space for all my guests (50 People) and to setup multiple stations/tables for games. The space is also well insulated when it comes to keeping the sound of music and people speaking inside the space rather than leaking outside to the street and neighbors. Overall my experience with the owner was great as she was very understanding, patient and active throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this event space to anyone looking.

The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures. Not big, but extremely well maintained and full of character. Ashlee was very helpful throughout the whole process and we didn't have any problem. Highly recommend it.
