The condo is great! It was the perfect location for my lifestyle shoot. The host was very nice and accommodating.

All the conditions were good during the shoot. But one thing that was unfortunate was that the owner was too sensitive about the white carpet. I don't recommend production with heavy equipment or a lot of staff. I recommend a small production.

The location was perfect for our needs and was very convenient for filming, especially for the clients who were able to sit in the room with the two way mirrored wall so they can have their own video village! Even better was the service and care from the staff and Bob. They were so accommodating and pleasant to work with! Bob was always responsive and had all the answers! Could not have been a more wonderful filming experience.

AJ was great to work with- got back to me very promptly on every question. Very pleased with our experience and looking forward to the next time we can film here.

This was a remarkably easy experience. The host was very responsive and very supportive. I honestly can't say enough about how helpful and positive she was. The space itself worked beautifully for our purposes and, again, the host was so understanding of our need to cover her windows for a night shot and to move a few pieces of furniture into another room. Although we weren't a huge crew we were using 5 lights for a few shots and the electricity in the apartment supported our needs (as long as we were careful to use extension cords to spread the circuit demands). We used the sofa area of the living room extensively, plus the refrigerator end of the kitchen (we were able to get coverage from both angles) and the bedroom. The bed, especially, looks gorgeous on screen! Truly I feel very lucky that the host allowed us to use this location and I highly recommend it for future shoots!

This is my favorite place I've ever shot. Patrick and Bonnie are genuinely nice people with a great understanding of filming and all the obstacles that come with it. They were accommodating, there was plenty of parking, and the location is so unique, you can't beat it! We will definitely be back!

This is one of the best spaces I have ever shot in! Our host, Mike, was amazing at communication and hospitality. The house itself is huge, parking is easy, and everyone felt right at home. I will be booking again!!

This space is beautiful! Great indoor and outdoor space with interesting light and clean design. We are looking into booking again soon because it was such a positive experience!
