Rany was a fantastic host and the venue space is amazing. It fit our 40 guests with plenty of extra space. It has 3 great separate spaces - an outdoor area, a great indoor dance area with amazing lighting and sound system, and a front lighter room with a great bar and table area. We had such a great time here for a birthday party. Rany was fast and clear with communication and even helped us out with hiring security last minute for the event. I used the space for a potluck which went perfectly! Everything when exactly as described in the listing, and the host was super prompt at responding, and answered all questions. Chairs and tables (as requested) were already out when we arrived for our booking time which really helped save time with our set up. Parking was most importantly super easy to access both on the street and across the street at loblaws (our rental was for a Saturday evening). Will definitely be using the space again and would recommend for anyone wanting an intimate party or other small event!
