I recently published my first book and I had the absolute pleasure and privilege of hosting my Book Release Event at the Designers Collab!
From start to finish, Jessica and her team were super kind, catered to all my needs, rearranged furniture for my event, interacted with my guests, and made sure my event was a complete success! All my guests could not stop raving about how beautiful and elegant the space/ambiance was!
Jessica was a joy to work with, her communication was always prompt, she gave ideas of how to best utilize the space, and made sure that the vision I had for the evening was brought to full fruition!

Pros: Super kind and helpful owners, nice area of Dallas, beautiful space, lots of parking
Cons: No wifi (should def be disclosed), AC doesn't really work b/c it's an old building, building locks completely on the weekend so it's hard for clients to access on their own, lots of cleaning/set up needed prior to event, floral wallpaper in main area
Overall, I would recommend this space as a photo studio over an event space. I think it needs a few more things (like wifi and functioning AC) before being listed as an event space. With that being said it definitely served it's purpose and I would recommend it as a photo studio!
