We used this location to film an interrogation scene. The room worked really well for our purpose and the owner was very communicative and responsive. I would use this location again for this and other types of scenes. As I understand it, there are additional standing set designs. I did not notice a "dressing room"(there could have been one, but we were rushing after losing time searching for parking) so be prepared to change in the bathroom and bring your own supplies or check with the owner that stuff will be available. Make sure if you are planning to drive and you are not driving a truck, that you leave extra time to look for parking. The majority of the street signs in the immediate area are "truck loading only."
