This studio is great! Matt offers lots of space, a unique/ modern look, various seating arrangements/props with tons of space and lots of mirrors. He provides space/ mini kitchen to ensure renters never really have to leave the space while in use. There are large windows and skylights which provide wonderful natural light. He was very easy to communicate with and very understanding about the booking process, we are definitely looking forward to using this location again! Although there is only one physical parking on site, the street has free parking which was an added bonus ! Matt was clear and attentive to my groups needs for the use of the studio and remained available, on the day of, to assist and answer questions which provided added comfort. It is clear he took time to create the look and the feel of the room which helps the content created to be more authentic.

First off, Megan was extremely supportive with meeting all of our production's needs/asks. The space was extremely clean and versatile. We had no issues with this space and it is thoughtfully designed! Again, hats off to Megan for having such efficient communication, best host I've encountered yet.

The studio was beautiful with a lot of natural light. The decor gave us a lot to work with in terms of props. Matt's instructions were very clear and he responded to messages quickly when I had questions. I would choose this space over and over!
