Hi, my name is Paulina :) My family has owned and managed the Laughing Bean for over 18 years. I was serving customers and pulling espresso shots from a step stool by the time I was 12! My unique upbringing has evolved into a healthy caffeine addiction and love for interacting with a wide variety of people. My travels have taken me around the world, but coming back to this place always feels like home, and I know it will for you too.

East Van Cafe for Film Shoots & Meet-Ups
Rebecca was super responsive and helpful! Kristi (staff on site) was super friendly and accommodating. Parking was reserved for us and she showed us where we could store our drinks and food and helped us clean up at the end of the night! Would book again! Perfect for intimate parties!
