I am owner and winemaker at Chet Valley Vineyard in South Norfolk UK. I specialise in making sparkling wines. We have 20 acres of vineyard, a winery and holiday accommodation on the vineyard. We run vineyard tours and wine tastings, plus lunches and picnics amongst the vines during the season April to October. We harvest grapes at the end of September through to yhe beginning of October.
