Modern Boardroom 10ppl LasVegas near Airport/Strip We rent the boardroom and the parking lot to film an interview. Easy access and well equipped. Host is very friendly and easy to work with and even made a welcome sign for the directions! Would definitely recommend rent here for your next business meeting.

Modern Huddle Room Las Vegas near Airport/Strip This centrally located, safe, modern meeting room is perfect for my team's needs. During our time, Lois was more than attentive as our location host and helped us navigate the technology. Snacks were provided by the location which was an added bonus! We were all pleased to see a welcome with our company logo as well which speaks to the level of attention to detail that comes with this space. The space is extremely clean and well organized. Parking is more than adequate with some covered spaces. The outdoor terrace also provides strip skyline views that include the sphere. This is on the second floor, however this building has first floor meeting spaces as well if accessibility is a need. We are already looking to reserve for our next meeting!

We did a small-scale video production, a series of multiple interviews using various parts of the space to create attractive, business-styled backdrops. Eloisa, John and their team were very accommodating of our need to rearrange furniture and move things around for our shots. We achieved all we needed with the clean interior design they already had going. They were very helpful booking us in on short notice and flexible with wrap time as we ran over a little. All in all a great experience with the Incubase team. We would and will recommend them as a video production location in the future. Hope we get to come back soon.
