The place was perfect for the amount of guests, my only complaint was that every time people wanted to use the restroom they had to punch in a code to go through the pool area where people were in bathing suits and all wet. The keypad to the pool area also faces the sun and are metal buttons so my fingers got burnt and it was just awkward to walk by people who are in a pool setting when you're there for a fully clothed event. Other than that awesome space!
The space was exceptionally nice, clean, and featured a modern decor. My caterer had ample space to work in the kitchen area as well. The natural sunlight made the space beautiful, but it also made it a bit warm. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t address the temperature issue.
One downside is that it’s not entirely private. A few residents living in the apartment building occasionally walked through the back of the space to use the bathroom or go outside to the pool.
Overall, I loved the space, its convenient location, and the parking. 🤍
This was a stunning space to celebrate my husband’s surprise 60th birthday. The sunset views were great. There was a lot of space for people to sit and move around comfortably. Everything worked, including the fire pit which I was told prior to the event, wasn’t working. I did bring a Bluetooth speaker as Clint had suggested I do this since WiFi could be an issue. The gate code was definitely a source of worry since this was a surprise party and guests arrival was critical. I arranged to go the day before to make sure the code worked and Ryan in the leasing office went above and beyond. He is not the host and most definitely was under no obligation to do all he did. He troubleshot the gate code and calmed my nerves. BIG shout out to him. Clint and Randy were the hosts I worked with. They are remote, but I found them responsive. Randy provided the gate code 2 days before our event which didn’t work when I went the day before. That’s where Ryan from the leasing office stepped in. Overall I would rate 4.5 stars. Three issues we encountered— 1. There had been a baby shower earlier in the day and they left some of their decorations we had to break down. 2. On several occasions we had to tell residents that we were having a private party. One group took their sweet time in leaving. 3. And, the BIG yucky issue were the roaches that came out once the sun set. Absolutely gross! This is a really nice apartment complex so it was rather shocking. Still, we had a great time and made sure not to bring any uninvited friends home🪳
Had a birthday party here and everyone thought the location was really cool. The kitchen island was a perfect space for a buffet.. the only bummer was that the fridge and freezer weren’t working. Someone went out to get ice and a cooler mid-party
