Our beautiful clubhouse is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A pool table and shuffleboard will surely entertain the crowd! Pool use not permitted. PLEASE NOTE: Any events with 35 guests or more require security to be added for $45 an hour. Space Features: - WiFi - Casual seating arrangements: couches, club chairs, barstools, tables - Wet bar: mini-fridges, sinks, large islands - 9-panel TV - Shuffleboard - Fireplace - Adjacent lounge: pool table, 55" HD TV (HDMI & USB), mini-fridge, sink - Conference/dining room: large table, 8 chairs, 55" HD TV (HDMI & USB) - Decorative accent lighting - Semi-private space This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. We hosted our daughter's baby shower at this location and it was perfect! Very beautiful and clean with plenty of space for our guests. The host was very helpful and answered any questions we had right away.. We definitely would use this space again for future events!
