Can't reco this place (and owner Eva) enough. Was perfect for our needs. Great communication and customer service. They're fellow filmmakers. Only watch out, as they say in listing, is that you must do one flight of stairs (wide), no elevator. We managed fine and loved the space for so many reasons.
Eva is a great host and her space is clean, easy to use, and well set up. This makes a great production hub for her rooftop location; check out her other listings!
