I had a wonderful film shoot here. Ness and his associates were very helpful during the location scout, prior to filming, and during filming. I am a graduate film student in the Los Angeles area, so having an accommodating host was great! The street the house is on requires permits after 7pm. I was alerted of this during the scout and told Ness how many permits I needed (once I booked), and had no problems with parking on the day. I was greeted in the morning and was left to film with my team. Ness and his associates were easy to reach by phone for any house function questions. Should I need to rebook this location, I would!
