I had a wonderful film shoot here. Ness and his associates were very helpful during the location scout, prior to filming, and during filming. I am a graduate film student in the Los Angeles area, so having an accommodating host was great! The street the house is on requires permits after 7pm. I was alerted of this during the scout and told Ness how many permits I needed (once I booked), and had no problems with parking on the day. I was greeted in the morning and was left to film with my team. Ness and his associates were easy to reach by phone for any house function questions. Should I need to rebook this location, I would! Thank you, Ness!

Ness is a great host. He was quick to respond to my questions and very helpful. The location was exactly as described and very clean and served perfectly for what we needed for our shoot. Overall, I highly recommend this space.
