Filming at this location was incredible! The backyard was the perfect backdrop for our shoot and David was very helpful, prompt and accommodating. The producer room / green room was perfect! Highly recommended!!
David and Cindy were the perfect hosts. Polite, friendly, helpful in every way. Street parking is easy in the neighborhood, and access to the backyard is just a short walk along the side of the house. No need to enter the home if you're using the backyard only, as I was. My production was given a suite with a bathroom, shower and refrigerator as well as furniture and enough space for changing clothes or for holding a meeting. The suite is also conveniently located along the walkway which goes to the backyard. I definitely recommend this location.
