Huge Home close to Universal Studios We'd recommend this location for scripted productions that have flexibility with audio or don't require dialogue at all. For our filmed interview, we had sound interruptions from the neighbor's leaf blowers for an inconvenient portion of our filming. Owner's dog was on site, but did not intrude our set or cause sound interruptions.
The location manager/owner is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Plenty of set dressing available. Just enough parking for our small production.

Huge Home close to Universal Studios This was a great location for filming! It was spacious and accommodating for a large crew and the owner was super helpful and flexible. Would 100% recommend!

Huge Home close to Universal Studios We had a good time shooting here. The space is big and very easy to set up equipment in. Alex was available for any last-minute changes we needed. Parking is a little hard in the area, but loading and unloading were easy because Alex let us park three cars in his driveway the entire shoot.
