Sunny Modern Tech House Jeromy was a gracious host - answered all of my questions and was very accommodating. We did a small shoot and needed to make the space look like several different locations. We were able to film upstairs and downstairs and create unique setups for each scene. The space looked great on camera. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was very quiet - great for filming. Would definitely use this space again!

Sunny Modern Tech House Jeromy was a fantastic host and the space is just as advertised. We utilized both the house and downstairs apartment space for a small film shoot and were very happy with both. Definitely recommend.
