I am law and policy director at a local foundation, and my husband is an IT professional at a nearby college. We co-produce a podcast about current environmental legal issues. We have been hosting our storybook house and my classic car for filming since 2016.

Couldn't have dreamed of a smoother experience. David and Myanna are kind and generous people, and I am grateful to have shot my film at their GORGEOUS home. They allowed me to scout it several times with ease. It was a stress free environment to shoot in.
Took a liking to the place, almost wish I had another film to shoot there ~
This is our second time shooting in this home! It is large, unique, and easy to shoot in! There is tons of street parking and David is extremely communicative. Our shoot went very smooth!
Wonderful home! David was so accommodating and kind throughout the process. He was extremely responsive to my messages and was able to meet our needs above and beyond!
We shot on a Saturday 9AM-9. Other than a gardener for about 10 minutes, we had absolutely no other problem noise wise. I will say that David is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He is incredibly communicative and accommodating- responding to any questions I had within a few minutes. He wants the filmmaking process to be as little stress as possible and did everything he could to help with that, including letting us load in the night before and dress the set. I would shoot here again in a heartbeat! It was all around such a pleasant experience!
David is a clear communicator and production friendly. His home is accurately advertised and it was a pleasure to shoot there.
