This is a very beautiful historic house, with already lots of production design in it. But most importantly the house has the greatest and nicest host ever! David was very accommodating to our constantly changing schedules, it was very easy to schedule multiple location scouts before the shoots. He was extremely helpful with whatever we needed or asked during the shoot. We also would come every day on set to clean bathrooms with freshly washed towels. I can go on and on about the hospitality and friendliness and how accommodating this host is. He is very easy to work with and the most pleasant person ever, and the house is fantastically beautiful! Highly recommend!!

David was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and so very gracious to my student project. He provided us with everything we needed. The location was easily accessible, and plenty of electrical work, natural lighting, craft service space, green room for actors and, I'll echo everyone else in the reviews, the house is a dream to shoot in. Its so incredibly beautiful and fantastical! Highly recommend his home for a shoot. THANK YOU AGAIN DAVID!
