Unique place with a historic feel that was perfect for our shoot. Duane - the owner - is very accommodating and easy to work with. Parking requires a bit of logistics, but can be worked out easily.

This location is awesome! It's extremely versatile and very much takes you to a different time era. So much to work with and Duane is a great location rep. Very easy to communicate with and also transparent. My advice for production is to make sure that you tell your crew to be careful of the furniture as it is all authentic antique pieces that are quite fragile. Also, be sure to have a plan for trash removal as you have to take it with you. Definitely would be back here again!
