The house and property are spectacular! So many cinematic areas to shoot. The large glass windows in the living room provide great light and the exterior is rich and lush for a look that doesn’t feel like you’re near Los Angeles. Duane, the homeowner was extremely helpful, accommodating and kind when it came time to film. He even helped us book our basecamp and had all the necessary pieces ready for a film permit. It was such a smooth process with him.
