Amazing, clean, and accommodating space; perfect for shoots and videos. Emanuel was a fantastic host and made myself and my crew feel safe by providing hand sanitizer, a clean socially distanced space, and ensured that everyone within the building followed proper COVID protocol. We will definitely be booking here for future creative projects. Thanks again, Emanuel.

Blown away by the professionalism Emanuel has and the ease of communication. Everything was well setup in advance, Emanuel was an amazing host, and helped us out with anything we needed ! Would definitely recommend his space and we will be back.

Space was nice and owner was easy to contact, it's spacious and clean. The only blemish was when he called me while building our set and threatened to shut everything down. I had more than 10 people who had to cycle through the space to help with the set up, (delivery of flowers, lighting, sound etc.) We were a commercial shoot and the province allows a max of 50. We were under 20, masked with facial shields and work in film production. I felt instead of calling me this could have been handled differently by the host, who had the contact info of my event planner and producer. The event was the culmination of a big career milestone and I was already stressed, the possibility of it being shutdown sent me into a crying tail spin before it even began. It took me hour before I stopped. It was worked out after he spoke with my producer who took the phone when she saw me crying, but it was a difficult experience. I would ask that the owner take more care in how he interacts and communicates with clients in the moment. People are using the space to bring their dreams and visions to life. We were distanced, trained in covid safety and covid-tested pre event and made sure to keep safe. He should be able to call me to voice his concerns, but suggest a fix, don't threaten to "shut everything down"multiple times. It's jarring. I wish him luck and think we both learned from the experience. That being shared the space is nice and my event looks amazing on camera. So no regrets in using this location.
