Mark is hands down, without any debate the BEST host on Gigsterr and Peerspace. He went above and beyond those who go above and beyond. The place itself incredibly beautiful. Initially we were wondering if a great photographer had done some magic with photoshop to get the pics so gorgeous. And then when we arrived, it looked identical to the pics. This place is expertly maintained, like a zen garden. Even the rocks between the stepping stones were evenly placed. Mark not only has a wonderful place but he actually went out of his way to help us with every last detail to make our music video shoot a success. He is the best. If you use this place for your shoot, you'll be glad you did. Absolutely do it.

I would give this location 10 stars if I could! Our 5-person staff for our photo shoot were all blown away by how beautiful this space was, and how accommodating Mark was in assuring our experience was seamless and easy. This was my first time booking a "themed" outdoor space for a photo shoot, so I did not know what to expect, but Mark over-delivered. He allowed us to come before our session to give us a tour/set up, the space was picture-perfect and clean, and there was room for us to change with a fan/snacks/water. We were in need of a steamer last minute and he was quick to deliver. The evening before our photo shoot Mark give us a full description of directions, and what to expect once we arrived. Our photo shoot turned out beautiful, with luscious greenery, sandy beaches, and even wooden stairs for a different look in every shot. We will certainly be returning. Beautiful location, really feels like a tropical paradise and like a dream vacation spot plus so many places to shoot. Mark was an amazing host, very accommodating & hospitable. Definitely recommend!
