Classic 1930's Single-Story Sherman Oaks Home It was a great experience working with Ambika! She has a fantastic attitude and truly understands the needs of film production. Ambika was attentive and supportive throughout the process. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-suited for various production needs, with great décor and versatile rooms for any filming requirements. The owners of the house were also wonderful to work with. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with people who have such a positive attitude. I would gladly work with Ambika again anytime.

MODERN SPANISH LUXURY WITH GOURMET KITCHEN Absolutely a wonderful piece of property that fit our every need! We had multiple interior and exterior shots to do at all times of day and this property offered of up so many options. Our director at one point said - "there's just so many options" & there is never a bad thing to have for your filming location. The owners and location manager were a delight to work with and they even managed getting us in very last minute! Would highly recommend this location to anyone filming in the greater LA area!
