About the Space

The property is great for documentary interviews with multiple backgrounds! This beautiful 2BD*/2BA 1500 sq ft home is on a production-friendly street with plentiful parking. Special features include built-in bookcases with a library ladder, two gas fireplaces with shared chimney, hardwood floors in living/dining/hall, a large desert garden backyard with drought-tolerant landscaping, mature trees/fruit trees, and a fountain. *The 2nd bedroom is currently the resident's home office, and is available on a limited basis to be discussed, based on the production's needs. The home is filled with an eclectic and international vibe, featuring many interesting pieces from a life of art and travel, and framed photographs from the resident professional photographer (all cleared for use, or productions are welcome to move things around as desired). Resident’s award-winning photographer available for set/event photography, pending availability, at a negotiated rate per project. Please note these additional fees: $200 flat cleaning fee (for every production) $100/day utility fee (for every production) $30/hour site rep fee (for productions over 15 people) $250/night overnight shooting fee (plus a hotel room for residents if they need to be off-premises overnight as well) $200/night equipment storage/walk-away fee if needed to keep equipment set up or stored in the house overnight

The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-suited for various production needs, with great décor and versatile rooms for any filming requirements. The owners of the house were also wonderful to work with. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with people who have such a positive attitude. I would gladly work with Ambika again anytime.

    This location worked out great for our documentary interview. The owners and location rep were amazing to work with and responded ver quickly to any question or need we had. The homeowners were on-site and very accomdating. Will be booking this again for future projects!
