I cannot recommend this place enough. Kathy is the most gracious host, and the house itself offers such a variety of rooms, environments, and styles that were crafted with love and care. I have worked 3 shoots at this location and intend to use it again in the future.
This location is incredible! It’s huge and there are so many cool spaces to use to film. Had such an amazing and quick shoot and Kathy was a joy to work with!!
The Harvey House location was fantastic! We shot 5 scenes and everything looks amazing. The kitchen gave enough space for the camera and crew. There are several spaces for a living room scene and multiple fireplaces both inside and out. Some of the practical lighting outside really enhanced the visuals. The host Kathy keeps the home impeccable and was there to help with a minute's notice. I would highly recommend using this in your next production.
Lovely big home with a kind owner. Kathy always got back to my messages quickly and was easy to communicate with. No city permit required for filming is another bonus.
