Michael was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and accommodating, just a really great guy. One of our shooting days we hit traffic on the way to location and were about thirty minutes late to set, he offered us all that time back at no cost, just like that, no problem. His location is just awesome, very versatile place, plenty of rooms to film in, a beautiful angled staircase, the kitchen is gorgeous, and the upstairs balcony is underrated, awesome view from up there. The place works for many different genres. During the day, the natural light coming from the windows is just stunning, and at night, the wood doors and frames really pop out under warm lights. Just an awesome place all around with an even better guy managing it. So, yeah, I'd definitely say book this location.

Really enjoyed working with Mike on our feature film. He's a great host and even helped us with some of the set dressing and was very accommodating to our productions' needs. The location itself is outstanding and extremely well-preserved. Perfect for a period-piece or horror film, or in our case, both. Thanks Mike!
