The best location I have. Michael is so nice and helpful for us. He find a spot for us to park our car. He is so friendly to contact with any question and show around the space. I will film in here soon. Love the place
Michael was exceptionally accommodating, understanding and kind to myself and my crew. He was flexible and available whenever I needed him. The house itself had a kitchen (no fridge, though so you can't store perishable food there overnight) and a lot of space to get shots in, so even though we were shooting on location, we never felt too cramped. There also isn't A/C, so be warned if you plan on shooting during the day - since it's close to the water, it's very breezy and cool, but the second floor is killer in the heat. There's so many knick knacks all over the house, too, so we didn't even need to bring too many props since it looked great for the time period. All in all, it was amazing and Michael is fantastic!
Michael was great at communicating with our team and the location is awesome and spooky! Great for a photoshoot, but you may want to bring some sound proofing for any filming.
