Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. I look forward to showing you around and answering any questions you have.

We had a great experience shooting at this location and Sally was a wonderful host. Upon arrival the house was clean and Sally was there if we needed her but didn't hover. I would definitely rent this location again.
The house is incredibly spacious and there are fascinating visuals every direction you look. So many options on which type of mood you'd want to portray here. Our shoot made the place cozy and inviting, and shooting in the large backyard was huge for us. Sally was extremely helpful during the booking and the execution of our shoot.
