Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. I look forward to showing you around and answering any questions you have.
Sally was terrific to work with and was very accommodating to our production. The set was fun for horror shots and had lots of rooms and spaces to utilize!

The location was clean and visually amazing, but Sally was a gracious host and fully supported our shoot in every way possible. Her understanding of production was extremely helpful in many areas such as tech scouts, scheduling, and overall coordination of the project. I would absolutely film here again!
