Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. I look forward to showing you around and answering any questions you have.
This location was STUNNING. Sally’s attention to detail with everything was incredible. The photos DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE. I often find that rental locations lack feeling, and simply feel like a set (which I know that’s what they are), but given that this is a real home (used for shoots only), it embraces the feeling far better than any stage set could which I think truly makes footage and photos come to life. This location was perfect for our project and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
