Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. I look forward to showing you around and answering any questions you have.
We had such an incredible experience shooting at the house! Everything was so easy and accessible and Sally and the team could not have been more friendly and accommodating.
Sally was an amazing host. She was very helpful and flexible with our schedule. Beyond that, the location is stunning and allowed us to accomplish a variety of looks and different setups. It was a great experience.
Sally and Lauren at the Woodbury House were a pleasure to work with. Extremely accommodating and the house itself is any horror fan's dream.
