Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. I look forward to showing you around and answering any questions you have.
Great experience shooting here! Each room has a different feel, and there is so much variety for still shoots. The owner is extremely gracious. Absolutely would recommend.
The house has AMAZING production value, with different wallpapers in every room and plenty of space for all departments for staging etc. Sally is super flexible and easy to work with, she understands production's needs and is willing to work with you to make it work for your production in a way that's fair for all parties.
